مدینہ کی سرزمین ہمیشہ سے ایمان و محبت کی علامت نہیں تھی۔ رسولِ اکرم ﷺ کی آمد سے پہلے یہ شہر اختلافات، قبائلی دشمنیوں اور روحانی اندھیروں میں ڈوبا ہوا تھا۔ مگر وہیں سے ایک ایسی روشنی اُبھری جس نے نہ صرف مدینہ بلکہ پوری انسانیت کی تقدیر بدل دی۔
یہ کہانی ہے صبر، عزم، ایمان اور قیادت کی — ایک ایسی کہانی جو ہر دل کو جھنجھوڑ دیتی ہے اور انسان کو حوصلہ دیتی ہے کہ اگر نیت سچی ہو تو غلام بھی رہبر بن سکتا ہے۔
ابتداء: ایک غلام سے امین تک کا سفررسولِ اکرم ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ میں پیدا ہوئے، آپ ﷺ یتیم تھے، نہ مال تھا نہ دنیاوی طاقت۔ مگر آپ ﷺ نے اپنے بچپن ہی سے محنت، سچائی اور امانت داری کو اپنا شعار بنایا۔
آپ ﷺ چرواہے کی حیثیت سے کام کرتے، دوسروں کے جانور چراتے اور ہمیشہ سچ بولتے۔ لوگ آپ ﷺ کو “الامین” اور “الصادق” کہہ کر پکارنے لگے
یہ آغاز ہمیں سب سے اہم سبق دیتا ہے: قیادت خدمت سے پیدا ہوتی ہے۔
جب زندگی کچھ نہ دے، تب بھی سچائی اور کردار کو تھامے رکھنا ہی کامیابی کی بنیاد ہے۔ جو دوسروں کے لیے نفع مند بنتا ہے، وہی ایک دن سب کا رہبر بن جاتا ہے۔
امتحان کا وقت: جب روشنی کو اندھیروں نے گھیر لیاجب آپ ﷺ نے توحید کا پیغام دینا شروع کیا تو وہی لوگ جو کبھی آپ پر اعتماد کرتے تھے، دشمن بن گئے۔
آپ ﷺ پر ظلم کیا گیا، آپ کے ماننے والوں کو مارا پیٹا گیا، آپ پر پتھر برسائے گئے، خاص طور پر طائف کا واقعہ تو تاریخ میں ایک زخم بن کر درج ہے۔
مگر اس اندوہناک لمحے میں بھی آپ ﷺ نے بددعا نہیں کی۔ جب فرشتہ آیا اور کہا کہ اگر آپ حکم دیں تو طائف کے لوگوں کو پہاڑوں کے درمیان کچل دیا جائے، تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“اے اللہ! میری قوم کو ہدایت دے، وہ نہیں جانتے کہ کیا کر رہے ہیں۔”
یہ جملہ انسانیت کی معراج ہے۔

غارِ ثور میں جب آپ ﷺ کے ساتھی حضرت ابوبکرؓ خوفزدہ ہوئے کہ دشمن بس قریب ہیں، تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“غم نہ کرو، اللہ ہمارے ساتھ ہے۔”
یہ جملہ دلوں کو ہلا دیتا ہے۔
یہ پیغام دیتا ہے کہ جب دنیا آپ کے خلاف ہو جائے، تب بھی اگر ایمان آپ کے ساتھ ہے تو آپ تنہا نہیں۔
یہی ایمان آپ ﷺ کو غلامی سے قیادت کی طرف لے گیا۔
مدینہ میں قیادت: خدمت سے عظمت تکمدینہ پہنچ کر آپ ﷺ نے سب سے پہلے مسجد بنائی، بھائی چارے کا نظام قائم کیا، مساوات، عدل اور رحم کے اصول نافذ کیے۔
آپ ﷺ نے طاقت سے نہیں بلکہ کردار سے حکومت کی۔
وہ دشمن جو آپ ﷺ کو نقصان پہنچاتے، آپ ﷺ ان کے لیے خیر کی دعا کرتے۔
ایک مرتبہ ایک یہودی عورت روز آپ ﷺ پر کچرا پھینکتی تھی۔ جب وہ بیمار ہوئی تو آپ ﷺ اس کی عیادت کے لیے گئے۔ یہ تھا آپ ﷺ کا کردار — رحم، عفو اور محبت۔
یہی وہ قیادت تھی جس نے دشمنوں کو بھی مرید بنا دیا۔

کہ بدلے سے نہیں، معافی سے دنیا بدلی جاتی ہے۔
مدینہ کی ابدی روشنیرسولِ اکرم ﷺ اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو گئے، مگر مدینہ کی روشنی آج بھی باقی ہے۔
وہ روشنی جو ہر اس دل میں جگمگاتی ہے جو صبر، ایمان اور محبت کو اپنا ہتھیار بناتا ہے۔
مدینہ کا پیغام یہ ہے کہ اگر نیت خالص ہو تو راہ ہمیشہ روشن رہتی ہے۔
ہر وہ شخص جو آج مشکلات میں ہے، مایوس ہے، اسے بس یہی یاد رکھنا چاہیے:
“اگر نبی ﷺ غلامی سے قیادت تک پہنچ سکتے ہیں تو ہم بھی اپنی آزمائشوں سے کامیابی تک پہنچ سکتے ہیں۔”
نتیجہرسولِ اکرم ﷺ کی زندگی ایک مذہبی داستان نہیں بلکہ سب سے بڑی موٹیویشنل کہانی ہے۔
یہ ہمیں سکھاتی ہے کہ مشکلات میں صبر، دشمنوں پر رحم، اور اندھیروں میں ایمان کی روشنی کبھی بجھنے نہ دو۔
